All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of the order. All returns must be shipped with a tracking number to confirm receipt of the return. No refund will be issued for the cost of shipping either to receive the product(s) or to return it. A refund will be issued for all products received in new condition and unused. A refund will be issued for one used bottle of moisturizer per customer.
